Research & De-Identified Data

Contributing to the Future of Eye Care

Aetopia Health allows you to contribute to the future of eye care. We may aggregate, anonymize, and de-identify the health information you provide. This de-identification process removes all 18 HIPAA-defined identifiers, including but not limited to: names, addresses, dates, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, and biometric identifiers.

Aetopia Health retains the right to use, license, and share this de-identified data (which cannot reasonably be traced back to you) with research partners, pharmaceutical entities, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations for the purposes of:

Public health improvement initiatives
