Our Mission
We are a digital health platform dedicated to the preservation of sight. While modern medicine excels at treating disease once it happens, Aetopia focuses on the ecosystem of prevention—the daily choices, nutrition, and habits that protect your vision for the long haul.
We take a physician-led, AI tech-forward approach to healthcare. By leveraging advanced technology under the guidance of board-certified specialists, we help patients evaluate their health and navigate the complex systems within which they receive care.
Spencer Fuller, MD, MPH
Board-Certified Vitreoretinal Surgeon
Dr. Fuller is a retina surgeon based in Reno, Nevada, and the founder of Aetopia Health. Unlike many surgeons who focus solely on the operating room, Dr. Fuller holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. This dual training shapes his unique approach: treating the whole person, not just the eye.
He completed medical school at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (Gold Humanism Honor Member), his residency at Washington University in St. Louis, and his surgical retina fellowship at the Moran Eye Center (University of Utah).
When he isn't in the clinic, he is often spending time with his family, playing soccer, or working as a developer building tools to help patients sustain their independence.
