Why he does this
Your visual function is related to brain and body health.
At Johns Hopkins, Dr. Fuller studied how losing vision and hearing ties to memory and independence. In clinic and surgery, he sees what happens when people wait too long. So he makes evidence-based resources on what doctors wish patients knew earlier. And since cost is part of good care, he weighs it for every habit, product or treatment he talks about.

AI in health care
Responsible AI integration can improve health care quality and access, and reduce costs over time.
His screening paper is what got him into AI in health care, and he's been an early adopter ever since. As AI moves into clinics and operating rooms, he wants to help make sure care stays empathetic and human. He also does clinical evaluation work for medical AI, and he's always glad to talk with teams building in this space.
